Timsbury put the disapointment of their last home defeat firmly behind them with a convincing victory over a game with Frome Town youth side.
The game opened evenly with both sides competing well, Timsbury gradually gained the ascendcy but Fromes defence proved resilent and difficult to break down It was Barrett who made the break though on 15 minutes showing some fine skills on the byline before turming inside and finishing with a powerful shot to put the home side ahead, shortly afterwards Leakey put the home side further in front following a powerful run.
The middle third of the game sawTimsbury beginning to get their passing game togther with James, Smart and Keeling dominating midfield it was no surprise when Jeffery finished from close range to put Timsbury three up. Frome refused to give up and pulled a goal back following a fine long range effort from Gould which gave keeper Glover no chance. However, is was the home side who pulled further ahead when Bond -Kendall-s shot was deflected into the net by a Frome defender for Timsburys fourth and it was Bond -Kendall again who put put the home side furhter ahead with a well taken goal on the run after being put through by James.
The hot conditions and slick passing of the home side began tell as Frome began to tire giving away a free kick on the edge of the area which saw Jeffery curl in a superb shot into the Frome net via the post.
With Garland, Mulvaney and Howell marshalling the defence and Makcombe probing from midfield Timsbury took control of the game which saw Jeffery complete his hat-trick, further goals from Leakey, Bond-Kendall and a Frome own goal completed the score.
